CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case you have to cancel you stay:

  • Up to 21 days before arrival at the hotel, cancellation is free of charge.
  • In case of cancellation of the stay from 20 to 8 days before the arrival at the Hotel will be charged 30%.
  • In case of cancellation of the stay from 7 to 1 day before arrival at the Hotel, an amount equal to 50% will be charged.
  • In case of non-arrival 100% will be charged.

For the month of August, upon cancellation the full amount of the stay will be charged, with partial refunds possible according to the resale of the booked nights.

EARLY DEPARTURE:

A guest who anticipates departure will be charged 100% of the remaining amount of the stay, with partial refunds possible according to the resale of the booked nights.
